How much does Home Staging cost?Staging should be seen as an investment, because any money you invest in staging you will receive a return. Staging quotes depend on a few factors. For instance, the size, location and price point of your property. The quantity and price point of rental inventory required. We are a full-service Staging Home Staging, Redesign and Interior Decorating company, so not only can we help you with result orientated staging, but we offer other services to help you prepare your home for sale. Services we offer include: Staging consultations, Occupied or Vacant Staging, rental furniture and accessories, contracting trades people (painter, flooring, electrician, plumber, tiling, handyman, landscaping, general repairs), sourcing and selecting design materials, floor plans, and assistance with photography. Occupied staging can range from starting cost at $1000, and Vacant Staging start from $2000.

When should I stage my house?Preferably, you should have your home staged before you place it on the market. We want all of the potential buyers to see your home looking its best. If the buyer did not like the home on the first viewing, it is very difficult to draw them back for a second viewing.
-
My home is on the market already. Is it too late to stage? No it's not too late. Yes, it is better to stage your house before putting it on the market, to ensure all buyers see your house at its best. If your house is or was on the market we can transform your home quickly to minimize down-time. Don't put off this decision, you never know when "your buyer' will view your home. Contact us, we can discuss it further.
-
Why can’t buyers use their imagination? We all decorate our homes for ourselves. But, if you truly want to sell your home quickly and for top dollar, you need to decorate for the buyers. Most buyers find it difficult to use their imagination and change the decor to their own style. That is why it is so important to use a home stager. We will help you make the changes in your home to give you the largest return on your home staging investment.
